Who is

OAAS?

​The Oregon Association of Artistic Swimming (OAAS) is the Local Artistic Swimming Committee (LASC) of USA Artistic Swimming (USAAS). Our objective is to promote and develop artistic swimming within Oregon and Cowlitz, Clark, and Skamania Counties of Washington in accordance with the standards and under the rules of World Aquatics (AQUA) and USAAS.

Mission

To promote and expand the sport of artistic swimming by educating and supporting athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers in a fun and safe environment.

Goals

Provide educational opportunities for visiting and potential athletes, coaches, officials, and on-deck volunteers such as clinics, lessons, materials, etc.​​

Provide guidance for existing and developing programs/clubs.

Provide fun competitive and recreational opportunities for all levels and ages in a safe environment.

​

Retain and continuously develop individuals to fill volunteer positions within OAAS.

​

Promote and instill a sense of community and pride in our sport and OAAS among all those affiliated will the sport.
